Mostly, it is copyrighted by me. If you upload a picture in the gallery, I will assume it is yours. If someone tells me that it is not (and gives reasons why), I'll remove it.
Copyright laws are really simple in the US: if it is a creative work, it is automatically copyrighted. These laws were changed in the 1970s, so no excuses! Just because someone puts a picture on the internet, it does not imply they have made it public domain. Here's basic copyright information from the US government.
I took all of the pictures here, using a variety of digital cameras. If a picture bears a resemblence to yours, I assure you I have the uncropped and unadjusted originals and any resemblence is pure coincidence.
Please do not copy the pictures found here. I will permit any child to use the pictures in school reports, etc. Please just ask first, and I can provide a larger image in most cases.
